A man with visual disabilities died after falling onto train tracks at the LRT Titiwangsa station in Kuala Lumpur. The incident was not caused by a system failure, according to Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook, who stated that the safety system would have automatically shut down if an object were on the tracks. However, the train arrived before the system could stop it. Investigations into the cause of the incident are ongoing.
