L’immobilier commercial en 2024, «une année relativement molo» au Québec

Commercial real estate transactions in Quebec rebounded at the end of 2024, outperforming 2023, with residential properties dominating investments. Côté Mercier's analysis for RE/MAX Québec described 2024 as "relatively molo," despite a 29% increase in monetary volume transacted in the last quarter compared to 2023. While the year ended positively, activity remained below 2022 levels. Residential sales accounted for nearly 48% of the monetary volume transacted in Q4, increasing 118% from 2023, and are seen as a safe haven for investors. Preliminary data for early 2025 indicates stagnation compared to the previous year.
