Daniel Bannister was sentenced at Wycombe Magistrates' Court
Daniel Bannister was jailed for 16 weeks for stalking Cheryl Tweedy and breaching a restraining order. He violated the order by appearing at her home in January 2024, claiming he had "come to get Cheryl." Tweedy reported feeling panicked. Bannister, previously convicted of manslaughter, was sentenced for harassment and attempting to breach the restraining order, which has now been extended indefinitely.
