Met Office predicts when the sunny weather will end as change looms

Enjoy the sunshine and dry weather while it lasts, as the rest of March promises to be much more unsettled

The Met Office predicts that the current sunny and dry weather in Wales will end soon, with March becoming more unsettled. The beginning of March has brought welcome dry and fine conditions, but the nice weather is expected to continue only for most of this week, with chilly mornings. Rain and stronger winds are likely to return by the end of the week and into next week. The outlook for March 6-15 includes a split in weather conditions, with rain and wind affecting northwestern areas first, then spreading southeast. Changeable and wet weather is expected to dominate across the UK, including the south, by mid-March, with warmer than average temperatures in the second half of the month.
