In stark contrast to the lack of diversity of this year’s Michelin awards, a third of the list is female
The 2025 Murphia List, celebrating Irish hospitality professionals in London, was released by Hot Dinners and sponsored by Bord Bia. The list highlights women (a third of the list) and new talents like Christine Walsh, Nobuku Okamura, Christina Blevins, Muireach Shankey and Paul McKenna as well as recognizes longstanding figures like Richard Corrigan, David Moore, Clare Smyth and Anna Haugh. Isabella Condon was named Rising Star. The list was celebrated with a party at The Marylebone hotel.
