SpaceX's Starship exploded in space minutes after launching from Texas, marking the second consecutive failure for the Mars rocket program. The FAA halted air traffic in parts of Florida due to falling debris. The Super Heavy booster was recovered, but the Starship upper stage spun out of control and lost communication following an "energetic event." This failure follows a similar incident last month, and the FAA has launched a mishap investigation. The previous failure in January resulted in debris falling over Caribbean islands.
