Police probing ‘highly unusual’ circumstances around body suspected to have gone undiscovered in Claerwen Reservoir for up to 12 weeks
A man's body, wearing a wetsuit, was found in the remote Claerwen Reservoir in Wales on October 18, 2023. Authorities believe the body may have been there for up to 12 weeks, with no clear indication of how he arrived. The reservoir is rarely visited, adding to the mystery. DNA and fingerprint tests have not identified the man, who is described as white, between 30-60 years old, 6ft-6ft5, and 202-220 lbs. Police are seeking information from anyone who visited the area between July 2023 and October 18.
