Neuromokslininkė: miegui pagerinti užtenka vieno mažo žingsnio

Daugelis gali norėti miegoti geriau, tačiau pakeisti miego įpročius nėra lengva. Pasak neuromokslininkės Bojarskaitės, svarbiausia neskubėti – pokyčiai nevyksta pernakt, o ir kelias link geresnio miego bus lengvesnis įpročius keičiant pamažu.
