Overseas tourists are choosing to visit because 'Ireland is Instagrammable', says new survey

A new survey by Tourism Ireland found that overseas tourists are choosing to visit Ireland due to its scenic views, culture, and 'Instagrammable' qualities, with 33% citing scenery as their top reason, followed by sightseeing and culture. Despite this, tourist numbers in January fell 25% compared to the previous year, with 338,900 foreign visitors, and spending was down 27.9% to €214m.
