According to *Le Point*, the CHU of Grenoble is pioneering a promising technique against Parkinson's disease, involving the implantation of an infrared-emitting probe in the brain to slow down the destruction of dopaminergic neurons. Preliminary results from the first three patients show no side effects and even signs of motor skill improvement.
