It’s made using 75% cocoa chocolate (I would actually love it if Luisa went even higher in this), but with studs of candied Sicilian orange peel throughout. It’s the perfect mix. I tuck a little bar of this in my bag when I go travelling to keep me company and I know that, at 50g for the whole bar – the pieces are pleasingly chunky, it will last me two days.
