* Pope Francis sent condolences for the victims of a nightclub fire in Kocani, North Macedonia, that killed at least 59 and injured over 150, mostly young people. * The fire at the Pulse club, where around 1,500 people were attending a concert, may have been caused by pyrotechnics igniting the ceiling. * The Pope assured remembrance in prayer for those who lost their lives and invoked comfort for those suffering. * The wounded were transported to local hospitals in Kocani, Stip, and Skopje. * North Macedonia's Prime Minister called it a difficult and sad day and asked for unity. * Pope Francis is battling pneumonia and kidney failure but his condition is stable.
