Riva Siahaan, the former Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, has been named as a suspect in a corruption case involving the manipulation of fuel sales, specifically from Ron 90 to Ron 92. The case, which allegedly caused a loss of Rp193.7 trillion to the state, was uncovered by the Special Crimes Division of the Attorney General's Office. Riva, who holds a bachelor's degree in Economics Management from Universitas Trisakti and a master's degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, was removed from his position following the allegations.
