Quantexa, a global leader in Decision Intelligence (DI) solutions, has completed a USD 175 million Series F investment round, led by Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), part of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. The funding values the company at USD 2.6 billion and will support its growth plans, including platform innovation, expansion in North America, and strategic partnerships. Ara Yeromian of TVG will join Quantexa's board, aligning with TVG's focus on scaling high-growth AI companies. The investment follows Quantexa achieving Centaur status, surpassing USD 100 million in ARR, and underscores its leadership in the DI sector.
