A preview of Canadian paintings, including rare Tom Thomson works valued at $1-1.2 million and $700,000-900,000, will be held at the Heffel Fine Art Auction House in Calgary from March 27-30 before a Toronto auction on May 22. The preview, featuring 40 paintings worth $8-11 million, includes works from the Group of Seven, Emily Carr, Alex Janvier, and others, with some from the estate of Luigi Rossi.
