Two illegal aliens with extensive criminal records in Los Angeles County were arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a man who tried to stop them from stealing a catalytic converter. One suspect had at least a dozen arrests, including for grand theft, firearm possession, and kidnapping, while the other had at least 15 arrests, primarily for gun, theft, burglary, and drug charges.
