Ross Kemp has confirmed he will not appear in the live EastEnders 40th anniversary episode, as he has stopped filming the soap. He revealed that an "unlikely friendship" forms between Grant Mitchell and Bianca Jackson following the Queen Vic pub explosion. Kemp, who returned to the show earlier, stated he is no longer involved in filming but will still appear on screen. He also hosted the EastEnders 40 Years On The Square special.
