Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said his country will not accept any deal if his country does not take part in talks.
Russian and US officials will meet in Saudi Arabia to discuss restoring ties, the war in Ukraine, and a potential Trump-Putin summit. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Trump's envoys Steve Witkoff and Mike Waltz will participate. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, informed of the planned talks, stated Ukraine will not accept any deal it doesn't participate in, although he will also be visiting Saudi Arabia separately.
