Ryan Breslow has returned as CEO of fintech company Bolt, following a period of controversy and legal battles. Breslow was reinstated with the unanimous approval of Bolt's board, after stepping down in early 2022 amid allegations of misleading investors and inflating metrics during fundraising. Justin Grooms, who served as interim CEO since March 2023, has been named president of the company.
