Steven Brown dragged dogs on leash, kicked them and appeared to carry some out of his flat, lifeless. Dog blood and teeth were found in the flat in Ashgill, Larkhall.
Steven Brown was caught on CCTV abusing multiple dogs between April and June 2023, including dragging them, kicking them, and appearing to carry lifeless dogs from his home. A dog's tooth and bloodstains were found in his bathroom, leading to suspicion of blunt force trauma and potential deaths. Neighbours reported the abuse, resulting in an SSPCA investigation and a ban on Brown owning animals. He showed no remorse and enraged neighbours by returning home.
