In a Toronto neighbourhood where the average home sells for $1.5 million, finding any home under that is considered lucky. 140 Floyd Ave. is listed for only $795,000, which is basically like winning the lottery. Not only is this house very reasonably priced, but it is also the first time this house has been on the market in 40 years. The front entrance. And finding a house that hasn't been remodelled through every decade to the point where you have to gut renovate is nothing short of a miracle.The kitchen and mud room. Now, before we get ahead of ourselves, the home does need some work. For example, the kitchen is in need of a major remodel. The primary bedroom. And we're guessing the bathroom does too, since it wasn't even in any of the listing photos. The second bedroom. The windows also appear original to the house, which means they are probably drafty AF. A stained glass window in the kitchen....
