Sounds like Toronto Blue Jays could still bring back Scherzer or Bassitt

The Toronto Blue Jays already have one of the best starting rotations in baseball, and they may not be done adding to it just yet.Following the seven-year contract with Dylan Cease, the Blue Jays now have a five-man rotation that consists of Cease, Kevin Gausman, Trey Yesavage, Shane Bieber, and Jose Berrios. They also still have players like Eric Lauer and Bowden Francis who can make spot starts when needed.
