Yeni düzenlemelerle piyasada güven ve şeffaflık hedefleniyor.
Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK) has officially launched a new regulatory framework for crypto asset service providers operating in the country. The new regulations, published in the Official Gazette, are based on Law No. 7518 and two subsequent Communiqués that define rules covering establishment, operations, capital adequacy, and other aspects. The goal is to increase trust and transparency in the crypto market.
