Armand Duplantis broke the pole vault world record by clearing 6.27 meters at the All Star Perche Vault in Clermont-Ferrand, marking his 11th world record. The 25-year-old Swedish athlete achieved this feat in his first attempt after securing the competition victory with a 6.02-meter jump. This record follows a consistent pattern of incremental improvements, starting with his initial world record of 6.17 meters in February 2020.
