About 30 per cent of its menu will be cut to simplify its processes
Starbucks is cutting approximately 30% of its menu items and laying off 1,110 corporate employees globally to streamline operations under new CEO Brian Niccol. The menu changes, effective March 4, include removing less popular items like certain Frappuccinos and lattes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The layoffs exclude baristas and staff in roles like roasting and warehouse operations.
