A suspected Islamic extremist, identified as Issa Al H, a Syrian asylum seeker, has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and terrorist organization membership in connection with a deadly knife attack at a festival in Solingen, Germany. The attacker, who turned himself in, reportedly shared ISIS's radical ideology and targeted Christians, with ISIS later claiming responsibility.
