Suspects remain at large after mass shooting that injured 12 in east Toronto
A mass shooting at a Scarborough pub on Friday night injured 12 people, seven by gunfire and five by flying glass. Three masked gunmen opened fire "indiscriminately" at the Piper Arms pub near Scarborough Town Centre at 10:40 p.m. and fled in a silver car. Police are investigating and have yet to determine a motive. Councillor Michael Thompson fears retaliation, speculating a connection to recent tow truck shootings. One suspect had an assault rifle, while the others had handguns.
