Mirra Andreeva defeated Iga Swiatek in the Indian Wells semi-finals 7-6, 1-6, 6-3, advancing to the final against Aryna Sabalenka. Sabalenka defeated Madison Keys 6-0, 6-1 in the other semi-final. Andreeva, coached by Conchita Martinez, aims for her second consecutive WTA 1000 title after winning in Dubai.
