Mark Ross, 32, was sentenced to at least 30 years in prison for murdering 42-year-old Claudiu Carol Kondor, an Amazon delivery driver, in Leeds. Ross stole Kondor's van, and Kondor was fatally injured after clinging to the vehicle as Ross drove erratically, reaching speeds of 60mph and colliding with parked cars in an attempt to dislodge him. Ross was convicted of murder after pleading guilty to manslaughter and also received a concurrent six-month sentence for a separate theft.
