The Toronto Maple Leafs have unveiled a special logo to celebrate Black Excellence as part of their Black History Month commemoration. Designed in collaboration with Toji Nola, the logo features 13 root branches symbolizing ancestry and heritage, along with triangles representing community, leadership, and character. It will be used on off-ice apparel for players and staff. The team will host the Black Excellence game against the Carolina Hurricanes, accompanied by other initiatives to recognize and celebrate Black contributions.
