Tourists in Albufeira, a Portuguese city in the Algarve region, may face fines of up to €1,500 for wearing swimwear in public areas, under new proposals aimed at improving the city's image. The city, known as a popular party destination, seeks to address excessive nudity and anti-social behavior, particularly following viral videos of tourists behaving inappropriately. Similar rules are already in place in other European cities, including Barcelona and Nice.
