Kyle Clifford is being sentenced for the murders of his ex-partner Louise Hunt, her sister Hannah, and their mother Carol. He was also convicted of raping Louise. John Hunt, Carol's husband and BBC racing commentator, delivered a powerful victim impact statement condemning Clifford, calling him a coward and a psychopath. The prosecution detailed Clifford's planned attack, including deceiving Carol to gain access to the home, stabbing her, waiting for Louise, and being prepared to kill Hannah. Clifford may have also contemplated arson to destroy evidence.
