Nicholas Prosper, 19, of Luton, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 49 years for murdering his mother and two siblings and plotting a mass school shooting at his former primary school. Driven by a desire for notoriety, he planned the attack for months, purchasing a shotgun and knife. Prosper had undiagnosed autism, struggled in education and became isolated, developing an obsession with school shootings.
