Javno tužilaštvo za organizovani kriminal preuzima od Višeg javnog tužilaštva u Beogradu predmet okrivljenih Milorada Grčića i Aleksandra Papića, saznaje RTS.
The Prosecution for Organized Crime has taken over the case involving Milorad Grčić and Aleksandra Papić from the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, as the latter is not authorized to handle such cases. Additionally, the Prosecution for Organized Crime has been granted authority to investigate the case of corruption within the Railway Infrastructure Corporation, which was previously handled by the Special Department for Combating Corruption at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.
