Buna göre; TÜFE'deki değişim 2025 yılı Şubat ayında bir önceki aya göre %2,27, bir önceki yılın Aralık ayına göre %7,42, bir önceki yılın aynı ayına göre %39,05 ve on iki aylık ortalamalara göre %53,83 olarak gerçekleşti.
In February, inflation rose by 2.27% month-over-month and 39.05% year-over-year. The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) reported these figures, which were closely watched. The inflation rate compared to December 2024 was 7.42%, and the 12-month average was 53.83%. Clothing and footwear saw the smallest year-over-year increase at 20.84%, while education had the highest at 94.90%. Month-over-month, clothing and footwear decreased by 5.06%, and education increased by 9.92%. Of 143 basic items, 25 saw price decreases, and 5 remained unchanged. The Special Core Inflation Index, excluding certain items, increased by 2.32% month-over-month and 39.47% year-over-year. Public skepticism exists regarding the accuracy of the reported figures.
