Reps. Hinson and Ricketts are introducing the bipartisan Securing American Agriculture Act in the House and Senate, respectively. The bill requires the USDA to conduct annual assessments of vulnerabilities in the U.S. agriculture supply chain and identify potential exploitation by the Chinese Communist Party.
