Two others were injured in the crash in central London on Tuesday



A van "flew through the air" before hitting and killing a woman in her 20s sitting on a bench near The Strand in London. Another pedestrian was seriously injured. The 26-year-old van driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and drug-driving.
