A significant portion of the staff and the entire acting ensemble of Šabačko pozorište (Šabačko Theatre) have appealed to the authorities to urgently fulfill their demands. Following the dismissal of Jelena Ivetić, the collective has presented three demands for the continuation of the theatre's operations. After seven days with no response from the theatre management or the city authorities, the majority of the staff and the entire acting ensemble have issued a statement appealing to all relevant authorities to immediately address their demands to allow the theatre's work to resume without interruption. Their demands include the urgent annulment of changes to the theatre's rules, the annulment of the decision to terminate the employment contract of Jelena Ivetić, and her reinstatement to her previous position.
