Denis Van Weynbergh, a Belgian sailor, completed the Vendée Globe, a challenging solo sailing race around the world, arriving in Les Sables-d'Olonne one day after the official race end and 53 days after the winner, Charlie Dalin. Despite finishing outside the race's timeframe and encountering difficulties with his amateur team, Van Weynbergh expressed immense joy and fulfillment. He is the first participant in the race's history to finish after the official duration.
