A 41-year-old truck driver led police on a 120-kilometer chase on the A9 in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, on March 19, 2025. The driver ignored police instructions, resulting in a pursuit involving helicopters and multiple patrol cars. Four officers were injured, two patrol cars damaged, and the A9 was temporarily closed. The truck was finally stopped using tire spikes, and the driver was arrested near the Thuringian border. The reason for the driver's actions remains unknown.
