The season is almost here to search for garlic seasoning in these ancient woods



Fforest Fawr, a woodland near Taff's Well outside Cardiff, offers wild garlic foraging in spring, alongside bluebells and wood anemones. The area features walking trails, historic iron-mining remnants, a family-friendly sculpture trail, and views. Nearby is Castell Coch, a Gothic Revival castle, and a cafe known for its toasties.
