Einen Tag nach Gold im Teamwettbewerb darf Vinzenz Geiger auch im Einzel jubeln: Der 27-Jährige holte Bronze und war damit an allen deutschen WM-Medaillen in der Nordischen Kombination beteiligt.
Vinzenz Geiger won a bronze medal in the individual Nordic Combined event at the World Championships in Trondheim, adding to his gold in the team event, silver in the mixed team event, and bronze in the first individual event. He was involved in all four German medals in Nordic Combined at the championships. Jarl Magnus Riiber of Norway won gold, and Jörgen Graabak, also of Norway, won silver.
