A couple who had been visiting their daughter in Australia were left watching on in horror over CCTV thousands of miles away as their neighbours 'land-grabbed' parts of their garden.
Rosa and Murray Bell discovered their neighbors, Huy Eng and Michael Myers, had encroached on their garden while they were in Australia, as shown by CCTV footage. The neighbors moved the boundary fence, taking 1.2 meters at one end and 76 cm at the other, damaging the garden. The dispute arose from unclear boundaries in the original 1930s deeds. The couple lost a court case for damages but await a ruling on land ownership. The situation has caused significant stress and garden damage.
