West Lothian's tree team is addressing damage caused by recent storms, with 79 additional calls reporting hazards due to 60 mph winds. Affected areas include Fauldhouse, Bathgate, Beecraigs Country Park, and Polbeth. Woodland areas remain closed due to January storm damage. The Ash Dieback felling program has resumed in the southwestern part of the county, delayed by a month. Council teams continue to clear fallen trees and assess safety risks.
