The Education and Skills Funding Agency is already slated for abolition, and other major quangos like HM Revenue & Customs, Network Rail, UK Research & Innovation, HS2, and National Highways are under scrutiny. Starmer claims abolishing NHSE (NHS England) will reduce duplication and free up funds for frontline services.
