A 22-year-old woman, Jessica Bailey, drunkenly shared a naked photo she secretly took of a friend during an online argument, believing the friend was trolling her on social media. The victim was unaware the photo was taken and did not consent to it being shared. Bailey initially denied sending the photo but later pleaded guilty to sharing an intimate image with intent to cause distress. She received an 18-month community order at Chester magistrates court.
