Annabel Mackey died a day after the incident at Kingsley Pond, Bordon, Hampshire, in September 2023.
A 42-year-old woman, Alice Mackey, has been charged with the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Annabel, who was found unresponsive in Kingsley Pond, Hampshire, in September 2023. Annabel was taken to the hospital but died the following day. Mackey has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on March 5.
