Young hairdresser Amie Thompson shares how Donegal ETB supported her after a life-changing injury, helping her return to her hairdressing career. She is now working at Peter Mark Hairdressers in Letterkenny, thanks to the support of her instructors, Catherine Gilmore and Donna O’Donnell. Amie completed a hairdressing traineeship with Donegal ETB, achieving fifteen Level 2 City & Guilds awards, and encourages others to pursue hairdressing as a fulfilling career. Donegal ETB is hosting its Further Education and Training (FET) Fair on 4 and 5 March 2024 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny.
