The court in Dagestan ruled to return a 445-square-meter plot of land in Makhachkala's DOSAAF microdistrict to the city. The plot, which has a foundation for an unauthorized building, was deemed illegal and subject to demolition. The city administration will now process the necessary documents to remove the plot from the cadastral registry. Once the execution warrant is received, it will be handed over to the bailiffs to dismantle the unauthorized structure.
