A father with a prosthetic leg who attempted to stop an intruder from making off with his car was left dying in the road after the thief used the vehicle as a weapon, a court has heard.
In London, a 50-year-old amputee, Marc Allen, was allegedly murdered by Errol Woodger, a thief who stole Allen's car after a home burglary in 2019. Allen confronted Woodger, who then ran him over with the car, causing fatal injuries.
